31 states require this exam as a pre-requisite to becoming licensed.
Since Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado do not require home inspectors to be licensed, Mike has taken the initiative to complete this certification so you can have further confidence that your home will receive the attention it needs, and that you deserve.
In turn, you can be fully-informed about the home you are buying (or selling).
